Last service must be received within the past 12 weeks
Service Description
If 3 months (12 weeks) have passed since your last service with us, you are now considered a first-time client and must book as such. If return service is booked after our 3-month (12 weeks) threshold, deposit will be forfeited, and appointment will be canceled. This service includes: Three 15 minute intervals of gel application
Cancellation Policy
During this time, we ask that you do not bring an additional person unless they are receiving a service or otherwise discussed with our whitening specialist All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Final payment must be made in cash or card. You have a 10 minute grace period. After 10 minutes, you will be asked to reschedule your appointment. Please understand that clients are scheduled back to back; However, if we're able to service you despite your tardiness, you will be charged a $15 late fee. Need to reschedule? We completely understand, things come up. There is a one-time courtesy of rescheduling where your deposit is transferable. If you’d have to reschedule again after our one time courtesy, you will have to submit a rebooking fee of $30 via Zelle. Rescheduling must be done no later than 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment. You will always receive a reminder email/text message 24- 72 hours before scheduled appointment in which you MUST confirm. Failure to notify us of a change in appointment within 24 hours of your appointment will forfeit your deposit. You will then have to submit a new deposit via our site or Zelle.
