Service Description
Receive this treatment in the comfort of your own home or office. During this treatment, you'll receive three 20 minute intervals of gel application. This service is for individuals with no gum or teeth sensitivity. The last service must be received within the past 12 weeks (about 3 months). If the last date you received a service from us was longer than 12 weeks, you must book as a new client.
Cancellation Policy
During this time, we ask that you do not bring an additional person unless they are receiving a service or otherwise discussed with our whitening specialist All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Final payment must be made in cash or card. You have a 10 minute grace period. After 10 minutes, you will be asked to reschedule your appointment. Please understand that clients are scheduled back to back; However, if we're able to service you despite your tardiness, you will be charged a $15 late fee. Need to reschedule? We completely understand, things come up. There is a one-time courtesy of rescheduling where your deposit is transferable. If you’d have to reschedule again after our one time courtesy, you will have to submit a rebooking fee of $30 via Zelle. Rescheduling must be done no later than 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment. You will always receive a reminder email/text message 24- 72 hours before scheduled appointment in which you MUST confirm. Failure to notify us of a change in appointment within 24 hours of your appointment will forfeit your deposit. You will then have to submit a new deposit via our site or Zelle.
