Packages are shipped Priority Mail Tracked and insured shipping within 1-3 days via USPS. Our objective is to ship and complete orders within 5-7 business days after order is processed. Holidays and weekends do not count as business days. 

Transit times vary based on: 

1. Total distance between our facility and delivery address 
2. Post office closure or delays 

Please ensure you place your orders accordingly

For your convenience, we provide local Queens pick-ups. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an e-mail/text message with instructions to schedule an arrangement for the pickup.

Orders  MUST be picked up within 7days of pickup notification to avoid order cancellation and issued store credit

Once package(s) leave our facility, we are no longer responsible once it is in transit. If your package has been confirmed via USPS as "delivered in mailbox/main door etc" and you did not receive it you must file a claim with USPS as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Once your claim is filed with USPS, your mail carrier will be able to investigate to ensure it was not accidentally delivered to the wrong address, which is oftenly the case.

If your package is returned to the sender due to an insufficient address or for any other reason, you will be issued a store credit (excluding shipping cost) once it is is confirmed we received the product.
