COvid-19 precautions
All materials used during each service are freshly opened. The LED light is sanitized before and after each client. Our teeth specialist MUST wear a face mask at all times. Upon arrival to our location, your temperature will be checked and we ask that you immediately wash your hands with soap and water. We ask that if you are experiencing any flu like symptoms you notify us immediately and do not hesitate to reschedule your service. Lastly, no additional person is permitted unless they are receiving a service. If you are bringing your child(ren) we ask that you notify us before hand.

Deposits
All deposits are non refundable and will be used towards your scheduled appointment.
The remaining balance MUST be paid in cash or zelle. Please understand, some services will automatically require full payment at the time of booking (specials)

Class balance MUST be paid via zelle 14 days prior to scheduled class.

TARDINESS
You have a 10 minute grace period. After 10 minutes, you will be asked to reschedule your appointment. Please understand that clients are scheduled back to back; some of our clients book our travel services. However, if we're able to service you despite your tardiness, you will be charged a $15 late fee or the option to reschedule; your choice. We respect your time, we ask you do the same for ours.

Reschedule/cancellation
Please be aware, you will receive a reminder text message 24-48 hours prior to scheduled appointment. Please respond to the text message, confirming your appointment. Failure to confirm may result in appointment cancellation.
We completely understand, things come up. There is a one-time courtesy of rescheduling where your deposit is transferable. If you’d have to reschedule again after the one time courtesy, you will have to submit a rebooking fee of $30 via zelle. Rescheduling must be done 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. One again, you will receive a reminder text message 24-48 hours before your scheduled appointment in which you must confirm. Failure to notify us of a change in appointment within 24 hours of your appointment will forfeit your deposit. You will then have to submit a new deposit via zelle

**If Stunning Whites By FD cancels your appointment, your next rescheduled appointment must be made within 45 days of cancellation. You DO NOT have to submit a new deposit. If service is not rebooked 45 days after the cancellation, you will be required to book a new appointment with a new deposit**

Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE. By submitting your deposit, you're agreeing to be held & confirmed a seat within the class.

The remaining balance of the class is due via Zelle (Stunningwhitesfd@gmail.com) two weeks before scheduled class unless told otherwise by us. Cash will NOT be accepted the day of the class.

All materials and equipment will be provided to you the day of the class. If you would like us to mail the light/chair to your mailing address, this must be communicated the day of deposit submission. Lastly, class location will be sent to you after deposit is submitted; class location is based on class occupancy.
Shipping
Packages are shipped Priority Mail Tracked and insured shipping within 1-3 days via USPS. We strive to ship and complete orders within 5-7 business days after order is processed. Holidays and weekends do not count as business days.

ORder pick up
For your convenience, we provide local Queens pick-ups. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an e-mail/text message with instructions to schedule an arrangement for the pickup. If you would like someone else to pick up your order, the person MUST have your order number and you are required to provide their name during our conversation. You will also be provided a code word in which the person picking up your order MUST provide as well.

Orders MUST be picked up within 7days of pickup notification to avoid order cancellation or an issued store credit.
Lost/missing packages
Once package(s) leave our location, we are no longer responsible once it is in transit. If your package has been confirmed with USPS as "delivered in mailbox/porch/main door etc" and you did not receive it you must file a claim with USPS as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Once your claim is filed with USPS, your mail carrier will be able to investigate to ensure it was not accidentally delivered to the wrong address if often times the case.
If your package is returned to the sender due to an insufficient address or for any other reason, you will be issued a store credit (excluding shipping cost) once it is is confirmed we received the product.

Stunning Whites By FD DOES NOT provide services if the following applies:

You are pregnant or lactating

Haven't had a dental check up within the last year

Have gum disease, open cavities, leaking filling or other dental conditions

Have braces or had them removed within the last 6 months

If you are allergic to peroxide
-
If you recently had oral surgery
